Amazon.com Amazon Seller Support Amazon.com Sellers Get scammed by AMAZON A-Z guarantee Washington Internet

Amazon and the A-z Guarantee is total FRAUD.

I shipped out a product brand new worth $200+

The buyer did not like the product and requested to return.

after i said i would return it. The buyer changed the status to "not working"

The item was Brand new.

After 3 weeks of emailing amazon. the response was "As the buyer has been found in favor of the claim, they have no obligation to return the product to you."

So the buyer got his money back. I got nothing. i will not return the money and i am out my product.

Sell your stuff on ebay. they will scam you with pay pal. But on Amazon. They will screw you even more. Take your money and not give back your product.

If you are a seller beware of Dumb policy.

This is why small businesses go out of business.

AMAZON Seller Central is a SCAM.

Im sure im not the only one. I see a Class Action Taking Place!
