Amazon.com is not an authorized seller for Ballistic. Amazon.com sells items they are not authorized to sell. They will not honor their products or promises.  Internet

After buying a Ballistic SX1012-M995 SG TPU Maxx Cellular Case for HTC 8X-1 that if it breaks, which is did about 1 month after I purchased it, Ballistic will not cover its warranty becasue ballistic states that Amazon.com is not suppose to be selling Ballistic products.  According to Ballistic, the items that AmaZon.com is selling are probably knock offs and if not, have no idea were Amazon.com can be getting Ballistic Products.  After spending much time on the Phone with Amazon.com with Dwight C. who is a supervisor for Amazon.com, I was promised on phone and by email sent to me by Dwight C. that by 7/15/2013 I would receive an answer to why they are selling items from Ballistic and Amazon .com not being an authorized seller.  It is now the evening of 7/17/2013.  I have heard nothing from Amazon.com.  They have lost me and others in my family and Facebook friends because of this situation. We will not buy again from Amazon.com till they can promise their loyal customers they will not sell knock offs and will always be an authorized seller of all their products so we can trust them once again.  Why should Amazon get by with this when Sears, Pennys, or Nordstroms could not. Beware, Please.
