American finnancial is the lien holder for my car that i bought from American car center. If a person is late with a payment that person has to pay the instalment price and the late charge in full they will not accept a payment without late charges.
If you owe a late charge. They have been adding late charges to my account and will not remove them. Now i found out that they said i didn't have car insurace, so i called my insurance company. me and progressive called allied insuance and we verified to them that i have had insurance all a long.
so I called american finnance and they refused to call allied insurance to verify and refused to take off the extra charges so i had to pay $30 more than i owed. In short I am being ripped off by this company.

You say they are charging you late fees? Guess what, Einstein...if YOU don't pay late, YOU won't be charged late fees! How obvious is THAT??? You prove insurance coverage not by voices on a phone, but by providing them with proper paper documentation which says you have insurance AND the required coverage. (Now's the time to write back saying: "You must work for them"!
