American Cash Awards Scam Everett, Pennsylvania

The person with a Jamaican accent calls to tell me I've won a cash award. He gave me this number 1-876-864-8551 that is in Kingston, Jamaica.  I called number and it goes immediately to a voice mail box left message.  They called back and I believed them (I was naive) and went and got a green dot reload prepaid card for $350 and gave them the number that was on the back of the card. The persons name was James Brown who I spoke to and he promised me that this was not a scam. Mr. Brown told me that I just won a certified check for $910,000, $100,000 in cash plus a Brand New Mercedes Benz.  The $350 dollars was for delivery of items.    Mr. Brown then told me I would be speaking to another person and her name was Sharon Baker who is in charge of delivery of items.

About 10 minutes later I received another phone call from another person stating I need to get another green dot prepaid card for $200 to get the certified check and the cash prize.  At this point I realized I was just scammed out of $350 dollars, told the person no I cannot afford that I want the $350 refunded to me and I told him that you have scammed me if I won this amount of money please take it out of the winnings this person hung up on me.  A
few minutes later Mr. James Brown called me back and stating that this is not a scam and that if I want my money refunded that I have to get another green dot card. I told him no more I cannot afford to get another card nor give another $200 then he said to get it for 150  I told him I had no more money, then he said for 100 I told him you will not get any more money if this is not a scam when you deliver the care I will go and get the other green dot card the
person delivery the car can wait for at least 40 minutes, Mr. Brown said cannot do that, I then told him to refund my money, then he hung up, called me back within 10 minutes I kept telling him no more money, he then said car will be at
my house by 5:30 pm make sure you get home before that, but you need to get other card told him when I see the car I will believe it then get the card, no he said go get the card and do not give me the number off of it just give me the
number off the receipt I told him no because you can access the card from that number.   I smelled SCAM big time,
he then hung up.  I received many phone calls from the person, car was never delivered, told him many times to refund
money, money still not refunded, and still receiving calls, I just hit the reject button on my cell.

I want my money back, but I dont think I will see it. If you could help it would greatly be appreciated.  Also asked Mr. Brown to give me a name and phone number of a person who I could call for a reference if this is not a scam, he gave me the name of Tom Blair at 1-876-505-2837 woman answered, she had a Jamaican accent and stated it is not a scam.  I then asked the name of the company and address they gave me American Cash Awards at 327 Dublin Main Street, Everett Pennsylvania 15537.  Not sure even if this is a correct address.
