American Express Internet

 I used an atm machine. The machine did not dispense the money. I contact Amex and was told they were opening a dispute. I have receipts that say there was an error no money was given. 10days later issued a credit for my money. A week ago they take tye money back saying that the money was dispensed. The whole transaction is on video. What more proof is there. I have asked for copies of the paperwork and all I get is excuses and no resolve. I have entrusted my money to Amex yet I have been robbed of$400 no one has helped. I am hung up on by the supervisor and nothing is being done. Do not ever use this serve card also attached to the bluebird. Ripoff
