American Furniture Warehouse accused, ripped off, Westminister Colorado

I recieved a dresser from American Furniture Warehouse and it had bubbles on it. I assumed that it was only going to be a couple of them and was not very worried about it but as the days passed it got worse and worse. I then asked my stepdad what he saw and thought and what I should do about the situation. I looked online to compare the damage and realized along with my stepdads opinion that the finish was literally peeling off the top. I cdalled American Furniture and they said they would send a techinician to come over and take a look.

Two days later the technician came and took about two seconds to look and take a single photo of my "brand new dresser." He was here for about a minute and a half and left without even giving me a clue as to what was going to happen. Two days later I recieved a phone call stating that there was nothing they could do and it was due to lack of care that the dresser was in bad shape but they would be more than happy to give me a number to a repair shop. I am very dissapointed that a company as large as theirs who claims to know a little bit about furniture would even suggest that I could have taken finish off in just a little over two weeks of owning a dresser that cost me about 900 dollars to begin with.

Anyone can see with thir naked eye that the entire top off the dresser is bubbling with the finish that they improperly put on to begin with. How is it that they can come over and take one picture and not see that they did a crap job making the dresser?? Experts they are certainly not and anyone even thinking about purchasing furniture from them think twice about spending money on a "quality" piece of furniture or you may end up with a dresser that has eroding bubbles on the top from a horrible finish job.
