I purchase a Simmons mattress being talked in to buying the more expensive one due to it had a 10-year warrant of any defect as stated by the salesman.

After the purchase, I notice the bed did not fit properly on the bedframe, so after calling customer service, they suggested a new frame which was a waste of my time and money because it did not fit the new bedframe either. This was and is clearly a mattress defect. After contacting customer service again, they finally sent out a technician that was so unprofessional and one of the worse I’ve seen. I inform the technician of the bedframe not fitting properly and showed him the extra frame purchased.

Not long after, I receive a pathetic letter stating that a stain drop on my mattress from a drinking straw caused a break down in the internal components causing the mattress to sag. In no way should a mattress that cost nearly $700.00 dollar that supposed to have a 10-year warranty metal springs is to collapse from a soda drop. It even just sounds pathetic. Even where the soda drop is located is not the location of the sag which is impossible to be related as stated in your letter. I have emailed and written certified letter to the customer service department which has been ignored.

A.F.W salesman should be better train to not give false information to increase sales. Due to my disabilities this mattress has cause me much discomfort and has giving me extreme back pain, I did not ask for a refund so I don’t understand why this was exaggerated into some nonsense just to save this company a few dollars.

In my opinion it looks as if Jake Jabs doesn’t really care of resolving issues of the fault of his company but to make as much revenue as he can. Very greedy company with poor customer server !!!
