American Home Mortgage smells dirty. Is it that far off that they are stealing money from hard working homeowners? I believe that there is more to their story.

When I closed my loan with them in June 2004, I brought $2300 to closing to pay my back taxes and start my escrow. As of December 2006 my escrow has been in the negetive. Where did my escrow funds disappear to from June 2004 to Dec. 2006?

I of course had no clue until Dec. 2007 my payment was $390 higher than it was normally! I now am paying $488.57 a month to escrow. My taxes are $1,900 a year. I live in an apartment style condo. By the end of this year I will have paid $5,862.84 in taxes.

I truely believe that they are up to some shady stuff.....

If we all banded together maybe we could do something!
