1.AHMSI can not recognize an address change via mail-in form
a.I made several request when I was receiving my statement in the mail to have my mailing address changed because they would continually send it to old addresses.

2.The (877) 304-3100 phone number is frustrating, obstructive and incomplete.
a.It asks for long numerical prompts that must be repeatedly entered to access account information.
b.Reaching customer service is frustrating and mysterious due to lack of directions and guidance.
c.Customer service representatives are inconsiderate and speak broken English.

3.Twice I have had to change inaccurate random phone numbers that have been saved to my account that has no connection to me or any place of work

4.I have not received billing statements for either one of my mortgages for two months. And the last time I received a statement in the mail, it was only to one of my accounts.

5.ahmsi3.com is not easy or dependable.
a.The website is slow and difficult to maneuver through.
b.On three separate occasions I've been locked out of my account from my password changing with out permission or notification.
c.The website has does not provide what bank accounts you've made previous payments from or have used to make current payments. The lack of this allows for errors in numerals, bank accounts, and the inability to check what accounts the money may be drawing from if you forget or want to double check.

d.Consistently incorrect, delayed, and inconvenient payment information. Most online web-payments are taken with 24 or 48 hours of being posted, with prompt response to being posted or denied.
i.On 10/9/08 my payment was made, on 10/13/08, my account was noted as though it had been paid.
ii.AHMSI did not attempt to the payment from my bank account until 10/16/08.
iii.On 10/20 I received an email that the payment did not go through, which incurred a returned check fee of $25.
e.I received another late payment because AHMSI didn't try taking the money until 10/16/08

6.Payment options incur different costs and late fees.
a.Mail- 15 days to pay mortgage, day 16 you add late fee.
b.Internet- Must be paid by due date, every date after that incurs an inclining late fee.
c.Phone- Pay amount in full, with whatever late fee they apply, plus $16 for payment by phone.

7.The problems are monotonous, no solutions are offered, and no changes are put into place to fix the issues I bring up to customer service representatives.
