American Home Mortgage Homeward Residential I was making automated payments but they are putting negative payment reports to credit bureau's Irving Texas

I have made my payments to American Home mortgage on time via auto deduction from my bank account and then they switched me to Ocwen loan servicing and they reported my 2012 payments on my loan were not made and the were made and taken from my account. I have 10 missed payments and this needs to be corrected to indicate no missed payments.
