American Homeshield conflict of interest, fraud, breach of contract LaGrange Georgia

I own a rental property in wynnewood pa. In may of this year i entered into a contarct with AHS. I had my heater service by the company the same month and they repaired a line leading from the oil tank stating everything on the system was working good. in july my leasee contacted AHS and stated the heater was not working. they sent out their cointractor and he stated the problem was because of maintance and it would cost $1,500.00 to clean and replace the oil filter. AHS refuse to do any repairs.

i contacted them and explained we had someone come out in may and stated the system was working fine. i then ask how could so much maintance develop in two months.

as of today they still have refused to repair the heater. i sent my own oil person to check the heater. he informed me that it appeared the contract reverse one of the lines on the unit which prevented the unit from starting. he reverse the line and the heater is working fine. i am interested instarting a law suit for breach of contract, fraud, and if posible a class action. i have all my documentation and certified letters sent to AHS.
