American Medical Response, Bad Business Practices Dallas Texas

Had an auto accident and this company represents the ambulances that responded.

First, I have health insurance that pays for the ambulance but have received 3 notices that I owe 2300.00 IMMEDIATELY or I will be sent to collections. BTW, my first communications with these ppl was a letter saying I was in "precollections". MY FIRST LETTER FROM THEM?

Second, my claims handler has sent the required documents 2 times with confirmations on both. Yet they still haven't filed with my health insurance. American Medical claims not to have received them and is still threatening to send me to collections.

Third, people are rude and uninterested in helping. I will be unbelievably upset if they ruin my credit.

They don't do their job and they think that fear-mongering is good business practices.

I wish I would have had a choice on which ambulance I could get on. BTW, me and my three small boys are completely recovered. Thank God.
