All of these lawsuits have been either resolved, settled or dismissed. Due to the mortgage crash LEI closed its doors just like most other mortgage companies. Oh no it's happening again.  Scott Powers of AMS fame and the destroyer of LEI Financial have partnered up.  Beware all, these two will be using your money to finance their extravagant lifestyles.  Not ony do they continue to deceive and extort money in real estate and mortgage, they are now stealing money together through their "debt settlement" program.  This is ironic since they both owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to creditors.  In this case it's millions of dollars.  These scum continue to be allowed to operate without any repercussions.  So when they tell you they can get you out of debt in three years, beware, they are using your money to travel and live the good life.
