American Servicing LIERS THIEVES AND ILLEGAL Des Moines Iowa

After 5 years of making payments on time we did not qualify for a modification loan. My husband had a mild stroke and was hospitalized because we were told that Decision One Mortgage would modifiy our loan.

They went down before we could and NO ONE told us. We were foreclosed on and had to file bankurptcy. Now we get a notice from American Servicing Co. that we Abandonded the property!!!!!!!!!!

Go figure The bankruptcy covered this loan and now they are trying to collect. Now if this isn't fraud then you tell me what is. It is also defimation to our character.

I have all the paper work from this no good lying company. I would like to see them go under and out of business but first pay me $250,000.
