American Standard Financial Grant 0f $4500.00. Don't have to pay back. I have to pay 395.00 New York New York

I just recieved a phone call from this company saying according to the federal gov't I was entitled to a grant of $4500.00 and didn't have to pay it back. All I had to do was pay a SMALL fee of $395.00. I spoke to 2 woman of spanish background as I asked to speak to someone I could understand. According to my income tax statement of 2006 I was under the income guidelines. Caught them! I haven't filed yet. All I filed was an extention. They finally hung up. Shame on these people. They should all go to jail.
