American Tax Relief ripoff for $3900.00 Beverly Hills California

I was experiencing a hardship in my life and was unable to pay our taxes. We owed over $18,000.00. I contacted Joe Benatti with American Tax Relief and he assured me he could get a significant tax reduction for us for $3900.00. I believed him and charged it to my credit card. He told me to send a copy of our taxes to him and not to mail it to the IRS; he would put a hold on it as soon as he received our copy.

After that I never heard from him again. Each time I would call he was on the phone with IRS and couldn't talk to me. Finally I was told Valerie was handling my case. I called her several times and got her answering service. She never once returned my calls.

Its been 6 months now and I've had two letters from the IRS. After each letter I called and he told me they were computer generated and to throw them away. With interest and penalty our bill is now up to over $21000.00. I feel I've been taken by a real con artist.
