american truck group truck capital llc ,united truck group,llc, national truck funding llc they are liars and does not repair items on a we owe as they claim gulfport, Mississippi

I rented a truck from American Truck Group on 2/29/12 and received a load from my carrier leaving out charleston,sc on 3/4/12 . my destination was to be St. Gabriel, La but of course just like everybody else that rents from these people(IT BROKE DOWN) And of course you know i couldnt contact anybody after hours so i had to pay out of my own pocket towing expense. so the next day i finally contacted someone and she got the ball rolling god bless her heart. but in the mean time from 8:00am until after 8pm their tow guy finally shows up. keep in mind now one whole day was already spent waiting on the sucker. get to gulfport around 11:30pm.oh yeah by the way i spent 4 days waiting to get the truck in the beginning. this was after richard called and said it was ready. i get there and the the truck i wired my money for was given to someone else. his response was that someone else wired their money before i did. which was not true. just so happened the guy that was getting the truck was there when i was there. we talked and i found out he sent his money two days after i sent mine. but anyway back to the breakdown. i went to bed after getting to gulfport and woke up the next morning to see if i was gonna be rolling that day. well of course i didnt get rolling that day or the day after or the day after that neither the day after that finally after almost losing my contract with my carrier i got rolling.and even after being out of work for that week they still wanted a payment. and to top it all off they still didnt fix everything that was wrong with the truck. i spoke with the shop manager joey and told him about all the stuff on the we owe that was given to me at the time of purchase and he said they would take care of it. that was a big lie. they also tell you you dont have to make any payments while truck is flagged for shop.thats a lie . stk#3108 smokes and knocks under load dont rent this truck or any other truck from these scammers. after all the problems i was having with this truck i called and asked to speak with the owner to try and resolve guess what mrs. art says i can let you speak to my manager i says no i want to speak to the owner guess what i still havent heard from him to this day. and i also gave truck back because it wasnt worth me keeping. i regret ever dealing with these folk. i spent more money on breakdowns from this truck than i made as income. i promise you its a trap beware. im also in progress of bringing this into a court of law.hopefully we can bring this company to its knees like they have done to others. god bless and keep ah trucking.
