American Vacations I was told Charge of ,1,098. was for vacation and airfare then afterwards said flight was not included. Internet

This is a letter I sent to my bank and the company and American Vacation never responded. To American Vactions I booked a vacation with your company based on a flyer sent to my job for a 5 day & 4 night all included package for $149/person plus 60% off airfare. I called a spoke to Mr. Kelly who explained there is a better deal with flight included for only $1098 and would have to pay no more than $99 for tips. He said I have 18 months to use it and I have to chose my dates 45-30 days before the date of my chosen and my flight. I said sounds good and booked it. His ext is 1034. So I called back using that ext and it said number not valid. So I called the main # and waited for the operator who said Mr Kelly was at lunch and to leave a message so he could call me back. I never received a call back for him.

The next day I just called to speak to whoever was available. I gave them the dates I wanted to travel July 12, 2016-July 16th, 2016 and I picked to go to Hawaii. She explained because it is a domestic location it was not all inclusive and I just have to use the links to get my hotel and flights. I clicked on the flight links and it bought me to the regular sites as if I was booking it on my own. A day or so later I decided to change my destination to Cancun after looking through the list of resort choices given. I called again and spoke to the agent at ext 1008. I wanted one of three hotels; Dreams, Secrets or Villa de Palmer. She said there was an upgrade fee of $399/person and $448 for the all inclusive package plus tax. Occording to the flyer I shouldn't have to pay anything else. She gave me another hotel not listed that was available; the Imperial. I said I want to take a look at it first before paying anything else. I asked about the flight issues and she said the package doesn't include flight it just gives you a discountil of 60% off. I said Mr Kelly told me it was included with the flight. she said Im sorry but its just a discount aand try the link again. I was not happy at all I was getting ask for more money. What happened to the $149/ person? I told her I would look into this hotel and call her back.

So I looked at the hotels she gave me. This little hotel was not a resort, had one restaurant and looked like the Jersey shore. I was so upset its a 3 star hotel not a 4 or 5 star as it said on the flyer. I called her ext back went straight to voicemail and said mailbox is full. Really? I called again for the last time and was on hold for 20 then it disconnected me and I called back and was on hold again so I just hung up out of frustration. And no one has tried to even contact me about the trip next month. I would like a full refund because this whole thing was misleading and false advertisment.
