American Vanlines Items are not delivered on the scheduled delivery date and no response from the company about the status Pampano, Florida

I was moving from FL to IA. While searching for a moving company on the internet, I came across about American Vanlines and it claims that they are "BBB" rated company.

Adam Docktor from American Vanlines called up and gave an estimate on Price and estimated delivery date.

I had signed the quotation and asked them to pickup my house hold items on Nov 28th 2009. They cam one day late that is on Nov29th 2009 without informing me about the chnage in dates.

Finally they picked up my items on Nov 29th 2009. My probelms with this company started from then. I tried to call them almost evry alternate day to check the status. Each time I call their customer service, I used to wait for a long time(about 30-45 min) for some to respond, but it was never happend. Then I sent an email to the person who contacted me about the status, he simply sent a reply saying that contact the customer service department though I clearly explained about long waiting time.

Today is Dec 21st and I didn't hear any update from this company on the status of my household items...I am really frustrated and want to file a complaint aganist them. But not sure on how to proceed on this...If any one has information about where t compaint, how to complaint, I would be very glad.
