On 11/26/08, I placed an online order for customized Truck floormats. I was going to give them to my husband for Christmas. I chose a licensed Chevy Z-71 logo and was prompted through the website for all the options. My credit card was charged that same day.
Being that their websites states you will receive your order within 10 days, I didn't bother them for 10 business days.

After two weeks, and no floor mats, I called to check the status of my order. I got an automated recording and choose the order tracking option. I receive a generic voicemail for someone by the name of Richard. I left him a message and never received a call back. Matter of fact, I've left him approx. 15 messages and I am still waiting for a call back!

Meanwhile, I spoke with several other employees about my order. Justin, who claimed to work in customer service, told me he could not help me because his system didn't have the info I needed. He was VERY rude and kept putting me on hold in the middle of my sentences.
I have spoke with Danny Jackson, several times, also. He actually giggled and thought the situation was funny. No one could tell me what my order status was.

At one point, they told me they had been trying to get a hold of me to ask me what color I wanted my embroidery. Well for one, no one from their company had EVER tried reaching me. And two, I chose a licensed logo!!! You can't choose a color, it is what it is! I asked them, "does anyone really want a yellow Ford symbol?". Anyway, I explained what color they were suppose to be and was assured they would be made and sent out right away. That was 1 week before Christmas.

To make a long story short, I have never received my floormats, that were rather expensive. I contacted my credit card company and had the purchase put into "dispute" status. They temporarily credited my account and now they are taking action with the company.
To be quite honest, I beleive it's a bunch of guys, sitting around in their garage, taking orders and charging credit cards without the intention of ever sending them what they ordered.

I'm really disappointed that I didn't check this company out better before I placed my order. I found this website and couldn't beleive I found other similar complaints for the same company. I spoke to the same Justin, Zack, Richard, Mike...etc...that they spoke to.
My advice to anyone reading this: DO NOT BUY FROM AMERICORE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRIES.

Why would you be surprised that the sales department can't give you the information that you want, when you refuse to press the option for the customer service department?
