we are not talking about just one person on this web site. thousands of people have had problems with ameriquest. thousands, mark, thousands. what part of a cheating, unscrupulous company don't you get. i would never admit it if i worked for them.

How do you "real comments"? Why is it that no so called "reputable lender" will refinance you now? Probably due to credit issues and not paying your mortgage on time. Blame us for that too, because it seems like everything else in your life you are never at fault for anything. You portray yourself as being quite savvy. I'm curious to know how we "ripped you off"? Do you not read documents before you sign them. So financially astute and keen, yet your husband ran up so much debt that you couldnt refinance anywhere else and you had no idea that he had done that? Did you not read those "documents" that come to your home once a month? Regarding our collective ability to write, after reading your previous comment, if I were you,I would not volunteer to help your 8 children study for any spelling bees in the near future. The only thing that runs on longer than your mouth are your sentences. Forgive me if I don't respond back for a while, you see I am going to Hawaii on an all-expenses paid trip, courtesy of Ameriquest, shortly and I will be busy getting a tan knowing I am working for one of the best companies out there. I real the comments of the idiot defending Ameritheft. As I've commented before, the spelling is unreal. I'm sure this is an Ameriquest employee. I've experienced the incompetance of many, believe me. Ameriquest must surely hire off-the-street uneducated people. I feel sorry for so many, as I do myself, for ever believing in this company that has defrauded so many. I am willing to pay anything to refinance with a reputable company which I'm planning on doing soon. I constantly write letters and tell anyone and everyone I see to NOT even think of signing a contract with this company. They believe they are such a big company, they are protected. But if enough of us who have been lied and cheated by them will stand and fight, they are bound to be brought to justice. I wait for the day I hear they are closing their doors for good.

I am appalled by the response from this person in Nevada. Apparently Navada is a state that breeds ignorant people. Your response is totally unacceptable!

I must ask, are you mentally disabled or physically?
If it is physical and not mental I am not sure how that plays a role in this situation. A wheelchair or hospital bed wont inhibit your ability to read.

It sounds as though you did one thing right, something that not everyone does and that is read your loan documents! When you saw the cash put and the fees, you obviously understood what you were signing. That being the case why did you sign?
