Ameriquest ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing undue pressure to sign not told right to cancel Federal Way Washington

Charged outrageous fees for title search, administrative, appraisal of property, percentage rate of loan (much higher than promised by loan officer).

Just notified by another lender on February 13,2006 about the law suits against Ameriquest. Referred me to this site "ripoffreport". Very informative.

I thought I had to "eat" what had happened to me by Ameriquest. Now, I might have a chance for some help with my losses after all!!

I was a recently divorced woman who was in desperate need of financial assistance 6 months ago and I thought Ameriquest was the answer to my problems. How wrong was I??!!

After reading the many emails from victims of Ameriquest I am deeply troubled. The question is not how but why did Ameriquest search out the most vunerable people and desire to inflect more pain and suffering on them? Why indeed.
