Ammed Direct Kim Mathis VP
The only hope for Ammed direct is to hire a new sales director and get rid of Kim Mathis. I was employed by Ammed direct for several years and saw first hand how lack of leadership has ruined this company. Everyone at Ammed knows that Kim Mathis is an alcoholic. The biggest laugh I had all year was when Kim said she had sales in her blood. The only think in Kims blood is alcohol. When you ask Kim a question about your work, you get the deer in the headlights response. She is absolutely clueless when it comes to management. One thing you can count on with Kim is her missing about half of the work week and dont ask her any questions on Monday morning. Many employees and I have received very uncomfortable calls when Kim was highly intoxicated and could not make it in to work. She is not scared to call in to the company under the influence. Most of the employees found it funny, but now they see that real leadership is needed to run a profitable business. My main issue with Kim is her racist views and derogatory language. She looks at her employees as scum and says horrible things about each of them with no regard for their family or well being. Ammed direct has way to much future opportunity to be ruined by Kims lack of leadership. She has lost over half of her sales force in less than a year and has no idea how to motivate her sales people. When people see Kim in the office, I am sure they are wondering how she has kept her job this long. I feel that everyone should have the opportunity to work and be successful, know matter what the color of their skin. Ammed should be more ethical with who they put in leadership roles.
