Anchor House Financial BEWARE -- BIG RIP OFF COMPANY Goleta California

I joined this company in February 2016 and paid $199, once i got the list of houses, i started sending out the letters to the home owners as requested.  I never heard anything back from the home owners nor did i hear anything from anchor house, so i call them after 1 month had passed to see if any of the home owners had contacted them for the houses i was interested in. they informed me that they had not heard anything from the homeowners yet and asked me to give it a little more time, i did just that.  well after waiting another 2-3 weeks i called anchor house back because i still had not heard anything, i asked for a refund of my money and they said that i could get a refund back on May 4th 2016 if i am still dissatisfied with their services.  on may 4th i called and requested my refund, they said i had to request it in writing and send it to them ceritfied and then they would mail me a check minus 10% within 30 days of them receiving my written request, so i did just that, it has been 7 weeks and i still have not heard from them, i call to see if they had mailed me a check yet and they informed me that they had received my certified letter but did not recieve 5 denial letters from the home owners and said that i would need to send them 5 denial letters from the homeowners saying they were no longer interested in the program in order to get my refund. i tried to explain to them that i had not heard anything from the home owners and i did not expect to hear anything from them and getting a denial letter from them was out of my control.  after going back and forwards with them i finally asked to speak with a supervisor, manager, or owner so that i could get some results on getting my refund. she informed me that the supervisor was busy and if she got time she would have her give me a return call, i waited for that call and never recieved it so i called them back and finally got a supervisor on the phone and again the supervisor is telling me the same thing, to this day i am still fighting to get my money back.  So please do not fall for this companies money scam.  And to add, i did ride pass the homes on their list and the majority of the homes have already been sold or is no longer on the market and the ones that are still in pre-forclosure are sitting there empty so there is no one there to recieve your lettes anyway.
