Anchor House Financial is a horrible business that has carefully trained their staff to do whatever it takes to get your money! Montecito California

This company is a total and complete fraud. When I first signed up, the person I spoke to basically guaranteed me that if I was not happy or had any troubles I was entitled to a full refund. What you don't find out until you actually try to get a refund is that you have to jump through serious hoops to get one. I seriously doubt anyone has succesfully gotten a refund from this horrific company.

I didn't really want to sign up in the first place, but after being told a bunch of crap ("Oh, we have a 95% success rate") and being in a seriously desperate situation to find affordable housing, I took the bait. The worst part about this company is that they will not even give you their web address until you plop down $199. I knew something was not right, and I should have trusted my gut, but again I was in a desperate situation. I even called them back almost right away after paying and told them I had changed my mind and wanted my money back on my credit card.

You know what they told me? Oh, we will have to listen to your recording and see if you were misled (which I was). Guess what? I am still trying to get my money back from these lying thiefs. Surprise, surprise they can't seem to "find" any of my recordings. Well of course they can't, because then they don't have to give me my money back. They they say, "Well, you need to read the terms and conditions." Well, this states that you have to send them 5 denial letters.

Well, thats all well and good, but I didn't even get denial letters because the way they "teach" you to contact homeowners is a load of crap! What makes me sick is that there are so many good companies out there that are closing down due to the economy, but total wastes of time like Anchor House are allowed to stay in business and keep stealing the money of hard working people.
