Anchor House FInancial Rip Off - Stole My Money Goleta California

I found Anchor House Financial on Craigs list, I had recently recieved Custody of my 2 Twin Grand-daughters in which 1 of them is diasabled. These people reassured me I would find a home in 30 days. I sent out many letters like they said and recieved no responses. One week a home i was trying to get was on the web site and a couple of days later it was gone just to find it back on the web site a month later and after being told it was sold they guessed. I am a single 50 Year Old Grandmother that is now rasing 2 children again and 1 with disablitlies. I can't afford a lawyer to sue them and wouldn't know how to go about getting my 199.00 back they told me was guareenteed and refundable. If anyone has a solution or petition for law suites for them please let me know.
