I can't believe how rude this company is!!! They actually pulled up my credit report and said that I had enough room on my credit card to pay them off for Protect America. Is that not illegal???? I told him I was disputing what Protect America said because I tried several times to give my bank account information to them and they still did not take a payment. This Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates person said that they were told that I refused to pay. NOT TRUE!! The guy At Anderson also said "AW com'on Ms. Moore, you have the money to pay..so why not pay? You can't dispute what Protect America is saying, you are lying!!" All this does is piss you off and want to seek legal action on this comapny. Both of these companies are big time RIP-OFFS!!!
