I agree with many others to file your report with your bank and the BBB but the FTC specializes with fraud. So make sure you file a report to them as well. I'm certain when they get enough claims, they will eventually push for a formal investigation.

I believe Angela Penbrook may not even be a real person, just some sock puppet for a bogus company - namely the Online Supplier/Success Team. Like I said, I've dealt with Online Supplier two years ago and they've pitched me the SAME jargon of making me a 'success story' with Ebay, just like they did with this rebate processing b.s - that's one of the many reasons why I just KNOW its from the same pathetic group of people.If you've sent in a complaint through the rebate processing website and you get a call inquiring about an Ebay home business and/or real estate - IT'S THE SAME SCAM ARTISTS. If those numbers shown on the home page and/or on the contact list matches the ones on your caller ID. USE THEM as well as the Utah address on your complaint to the FTC.The concrete proof is in the phone numbers, especially the 801-492-0714 number.THAT number is associated with Online Supplier - Google it as well as the other numbers you receive, use this website even for further research. Help lead the FTC in the right direction of the true culprits. These shady people are connected to this scam if not running it themselves. This company's mission is to scam you out of at least $197, knowing that you will most likely send a complaint and when you do, they will call you in hopes to scam you out of MORE money. However if you don't fall for the Ebay/Real Estate crap, at least they have $197 from you - make sense? Don't let them continue to do this!!

First, I received a business opportunity from Angela Penbrook Productions and they asked for $197 to get tools and access to their special company website and become a rebate processor. They promised a password to said site immediately after the fee has been paid. I paid the fee but received no password. This was on the 2/18. It took till 2/22 for them to actually take the money from my account, but still no password. I sent my first complaint over the weekend and it was immediately followed by a response, instructing me to wait 24 hours for a rep to call me back.
