Answernet Signius Investment Corp When the Answering Service makes YOU look bad Nashville Tennessee

This company does not provide the services they promise.  

First of all they are supposed to answer all my calls, yet my clients reported having called and no one ever answered.  I also experienced this on two occasions.

Second, clients would call to leave messages for me that never reached me.

Third, clients would call to make an appointment to be told there were none available, so they would hang up, go online and find the time they were looking for on the previously requested dates.

Fourth, the AnswerNet call center would fail to cancel appointments when a client would call to reschedule.

Fifth, AnswerNet took an appointment for me in Topeka, KS from a woman who was scheduling an appointment with a different business in Phoenix, AZ.  My AnswerNet contact person indicated someone else changed the information on who made the appointment because they certainly didn't do it.  (I have screen shot proof of this.)

Sixth, I was charged for holidays in months that had no holidays after I was originally told they did not have holiday charges.  

Seventh, clients were told by the call center that they did not have an appointment scheduled.  

Eighth, call center failed to read instructions for new clients and they would enter old clients as new clients.

Ninth, there were more issues, but that's enough for two months of service.

I gave notice to leave around September 25th, end date to be October 25th.  I stopped service with them on October 17, and billing for the next month is October 18th.  I was charged for a full month (October to November) and believe my request fair considering they aren't providing me with ANY services for the last month billed.
