Ken Micahels Ken Micheals lied to me about being able to help me with reducing my mortgage and getting the lien owner to buy down the equity in my home from 400,000 to 255,000 Valencia California

 After a discussion with my sister about having trouble refinancing our conventional mortgage, she told me about the Ken Michaels Radio show. Based on her review about what he was able to do for others, I contacted Ken Michaels on Sep 17, 2014 via email to see if he could assist me with my mortagage issues. 

After our initial discussion, he said that he could definitely help me. Subsequently, I sent him an initial fee of $3500 to his Wells Fargo Bank Account. I asked if this was tax deductible and he said yes. Also, I asked him on Sep 29, 2014 about the refund policy and he stated "Things so far look great. Their is no policy to review other than if it's not do within about 90-120 days you get a full refund."

On Nov 20, 2014, I checked on the status of my file and Ken asked if I could "pay an additional $3250 to buy our mortgage down to $260,000 at a note of $1700.00. We agreed.

One year (Sep, 17, 2015) has passed and my mortgage has not done as promised. Also, after checking with him on a biweekly basis, he became rude and unprofessional - started to call me names (idiot and chump).

In my opinion, he should be prosecuted for fraud and not allowed to continue with his business. Had I known this about him up front, I never would have trusted him. Recommend to anyone in the future to invetsigate thoroughly before you invest your hard earned dollars to scam artist like Ken Michaels.
