Ordered what I thought was an antivirus software 2 year package recommended by my ISP. Was unable to confirm billing amount before submitting order. Next-day email received showing I was being charged for 3 items instead of 1 and CC charge was $124.85 instead of $79.95. Calling 800 number on e-mail was a sham. Only identification on email was "Antivirus 2009 Professional". Thank heaven, I was using virtual CC numbers and not disclosing my real number.

In order to activate the software I was to provide my CC number as instructed in next-day email. Informed CitiCard of scam. Improper use of and mispelling of English words indicates this is probably some African ripoff. Products indicated on email are: Antivirus 2009 Professional; AlphaWipe Tracks Cleaner 2008; Premium support.
