Anytime Fitness Continually charges your card even after being asked to stop - Makes it impossible to cancel! Las Vegas Nevada

I first joined this club because it was close to my house and I liked the girl who was managing it.  I trained with one of the trainers and then with the same girl for a few months.  I decided to cancel my membership in late August because I was not able to get in as much as I wanted and I had begun to travel more.  

I called to cancel and could not get anyone on the phone.  I called for a month!!  I finally called the thrid party billing agency they have to complain and to say I wanted to cancel and they told me there was nothing they could do.  They charged my card again for September.

I called throughout September and finally got the thrid part agency again who also tried to call for me, to no avail.  I was charged again the third of October!!  I kept calling and finally around the 7th or 8th, a young lady answered the phone.  I told her what had been happenng with me and she stated she would speak with the owner and someone would get back to me.

A couple of days later, the same young lady called me.  I think her name was Brittany or Brianna.  At any rate, she informed me that I would not be receiving any refund and the cancelling policy is you must cancel 30 days in advance.  Mind you, I had been trying to cancel for far more than a month!!

They kept my money and I am not even certain they will not charge me again next month.  I suggest you find a more honest place to work out.  The owner didn't even have the decency to contact me himself.  He put some poor girl who had just began working there up to his dirty work.

What a Ripoff!!
