This company Apex merchants group will rip you off do not fall for their scam.  They will tell you that rates are $5.00 per month and 1.64% on purchases .20 cents transation fee and then take out of your bank account $25.00 TO $30.00. Which we had to pay $25.00 stop payment fee at our bank.  This charge they at apex said was a minimum use fee because we did not run any card through our machine.  Reason for that was 2 transaction of $19.50 and $14.00 we lost money on these two sales.  At a cost of .65 cent total cost.  We let them know to pick up machine and cancel and they said we was breaking the contract and they we going to charge me $495.00 and we said good luck. 

After two weeks they still have not picked up their machine which is a good thing at least they will not be ripping anyone else off for a while it is here.  Their customer service people are rude also.  As we told one yesterday if we have to we are going to make a trip from Missouri and come down to Ft Worth Tx. and clean house and they will have to bring Chuck Norris out of retirement to pull me off of them.  Only advise we can give anyone in business is this stay away from this company
