Apex Merchant Group Did anyone get money taken out there bank for fees for the month before they processed any cards plano, Texas

I just wanted to know if they do this to everyone or if it was a mistake when i signed up with them they took out $48 the first day they programmed my machine and said it was the fees for the prior month. I said i didnt have an account last month they apologized and said they would refund its been along time and still not refunded.

I really thin they do this to everyone and see how many people just dont say anything and they get to keep that money let me know if you had this issue thanks
