Apex APEX Totally fabricated and False Nevado Florida

I was just notified that my checking account was over drafted. It was over drafted due to this company (APEX Enterprises) taking out fees greater than what they had told me.

I do not have an account with this company. They called me saying that I would receive a free camera, free vacation package and a few trials from a variety of their products.

They told me, The only thing you have to pay is the shipping and handling cost of the product. I asked the company numerous times about what charges there will be and they told me everything was free, and all I had to do was pay for was shipping and handling, which was a nominal fee of $1.95.

Ive been waiting for that small fee of the shipping and handling to be charged to my account, but today, I was staggered to find out that they withdrew $169.93 from my account!

After several disrespectful conversation with their customer service representatives. I started receiving one product. The Slim Fuel, they continue to take the money each month for the product and then I realize I was not receiving, I called them to find out why I was not receiving the product and still I was being charged. They told me that I called to cancel, I did not do so and they refused from refunding the money that they took from my account for the product.

I also tried out their high spead internet and phone which they told me was unlimited calls to anywhere in the usa and several other countries. After using the service for one month I realized that my service was terminated. They told me that I was abusing the service. To my knowledge I only used my celll numbers and house number to call. Again they refused from refunding me my money.

I have written to the company to express my disssatisfaction and I have not received a reply.

Why is this company allowed to get away with so much. Can the police or other agencies help?
