Apollo College Discrimination on instructor and liars with The DEAN TERRI HOUCK, AND MR. GOUL albuquerque, New Mexico

I enrolled, March 2009, as a medical assistant. During the time I was in school, We had three instructors leave the school and didnt' learn through the whole course. It is a waste of my time and my money. Also the Dean and Dean assistant left in December, When I need to talk about issues I really had nobody to turn too.. We got a new instructor who only was there for favoritism. She didn't teach us very well on what we are suppose to be learning. She was critizing other students and laughed.

I was really sick for two days on a four day mode. I had my excuse note from the doctor. The first day I tried to give instructor my note in front of the whole class, but she refused and told me to get out of the class. I waited and she poke her head out and told me to go home.

The next day, I sent my husband to learn in my homework. she was very disrespectful to him by yelling at him and embrassing him in front of the class. He left and told what had happen.

I return when I got better and took my final exam. The following week I ask her my grade she loudly told me I got and F. I thought it was wrong to say it out loud in front of the student's. I got frustrated and ask why I got an F. she told me because I miss two days and to this day I have never seen my test scores on the bubble sheet. I even told if there way to make it up and she said she was going to talk to the Dean first.

I tried to talk to the Dean , after the incident but she was out for a week. when she return I explain everything to her and she told me i didnt' have to pay for the class again but now she is stating otherwise. I have to pay my externship which I believe isn't right. When she step down as a Dean, she told me that she would talk to the new Dean, A new Dean came and I spoke to him but eventually got fired or something and no longer saw or talk to him again. so the director called me and I told him my situation but his no help, Im running around in circles with no answer but to pay.

I want to sue but need more people to back me up. and how to go about this?
