Dean Hogan, May I please have just a moment of your time to discus an issue that I am unable to resolve on my own, Allow me to get strait to the point for I know you're a busy man. I am a student of Physical Therapy Technician evening classes with Dan as my Instructor. I contest receiving a failing grade that is based on my ability to write a 5 page report, I could understand if this was an English course, But it is not. This is Physical Agents Theory & Practice and feel I should be tested on my knowledge of Physical Agents Theory & Practice and NOT one's ability to write a 5 page report,. Furthermore I was threatened of expulsions from school for plagiarism,. Until yesterday I had no idea what plagiarism even was nevertheless threaten to be expelled for it,. How do we go from testing to determine ones knowledge in a particular course, To testing one's ability to write a 5 page report? My Instructor Dan has made this change in testing as it removes protocol from our honest grading system and transforms it to one of opinionated and decrimination. I ask to be tested fairly on my knowledge of Physical Agents in the same manner I have been tested the past 9 months. Is it coincidental that just 2 days after Phill gave my whole class a private unofficial poll on the students opinion of The Teachers here at Apollo College that suddenly the grading curriculum changes from one of merit to one of opinion that enables the teacher (Dan) the ability to target students with unfavorable opinions of him, I am sorry but that's the only conclusion I can come to. I am asking that In all fairness I am given the opportunity to be tested in Physical Agents Theory & Practice in lieu of a writing 5 page report. As that is how we have been tested until now. I do not feel I should be chastised for giving my honest opinion or my inability to write a report. I ask that you may correct this injustice by allowing me to take the test in lieu of the report.

My action to File a complaint was prematured, I did not alow the Dean time to investigate my claims,. I have since then meet with The Dean and resolved the issue. My Action toward the school was in hast and I ask that this site remove my complaint and I apologize for any incovience that I may have caused
