Appera Teeth Whitening System Ripoff Fraudulent Misleading Newport Beach California

I ordered the "free" sample but according to their fine print in the terms I also signed up for a tri-monthly auto ship program. So after the shipping charge of $6.95 for the sample, I returned home after 3 weeks on the road only to find I was also charged $89.97 for a 3 month supply which I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. This is simply outrageous. The best thing is I never even received the 3 month suppy!

They have no information here about the auto ship program. It is very misleading NOT to put that after ordering the free sample especially since it is a "reference" page. Anyone can see what this company is trying to do.

The customer representative I called up was VERY rude to me. I explained to her the situation but she was indifferent and blatantly said "its too bad". The company refuses to give me a refund due to their "no refunds" policy. I also asked to speak to a manager but she said she was the manager. Looking at other reports, apparently everyone there is a manager!

So here I am sitting with a hefty charge on my credit card for something I did not sign up for and also I never received in the mail.

Please be careful when ordering "free" samples from this company. I have never spoken to such rude "managers" before.
