I only ordered a "free" sample but according to their fine print I also signed up for a tri-monthly auto ship program. Instead of only being charged $6.95 for the shipping of the sample I was also charged $89.97 for a 3 month supply.

ISN'T THIS AMAZING! They suggest to keep this page for your reference but it has NO mention of the auto ship program.

The company refuses to give me a refund due to their "no refunds" policy and when I asked to speak to a Manager they said they were the Manager and there wasn't anyone else to speak to.

Please be careful when ordering "free" samples.

Appera apologized and said they usually don't do business the way I was treated and credited my account.

Hopefully Appera will change their business practice and not be so ruthless.
