This bank is about the worst credit card compant I have ever dealt with. They bombard you with fees before your billing period so as to put your balance over the limit. They have done this to me several times, so I started paying $150.00 a month and cut the card up. Next bill guess what, another over the limit fee, tried to contact them and after an endless path of confusion was told that there was nothing they could do about it!!! Someone needs to report these crooks to the attorney General's office, from what I have been reading about this gang of thieves they have been getting away with what appears to be theft. Someone please help close these felons down !!!

File a complaint with the Office Of Thrift Supervision, they have a online form so you can submit electronically.

Banks and credit card companies will not correct their mistakes unless forced to do so by the Government.

Keep in mind that the cc companies "GOOD" customers are getting charged for bad customers non-payment. In most cases the bad customer never should have been approved for a credit card in the first place. So Good customers are paying for the bank or credit card companies BAD BUSINESS DECISIONS.

It appears that applied bank purposely posts a incorrect minimum balance amount. What one needs to do is add on 11.00 plus the 35.00 over limit fee to your minimum balance, then after that billing period stop using your card(cut it up)and add on $11.00 to your minimum payment amount every month plus whatever extra you can pay on it and just pay it off and get these thieves off your back period.
