Applied Bank Credit Card I have become disabled and owe this company very little money Wilmington Delaware

Like a fool I accepted this card. I paid my payments until I got sick in February of 2008 and contacted them. I explained to these people that I was disabled and with their protection policies it should cover the charges.

They charged me outrageous fees for late fees and for anytime I used the card. Also they charge a monthly fee of $10.95 regardless if you use it or not.

I tried to cancel the card and told them I would pay them when I was able to return to work and they do care. I have been harassed by them and I am only behind on one payment. Then they charged $32.00 for being late after I notified them. I have pneumonia and I am disabled anyways.

I draw Social Security benefits and I owe more than the card even began with. Every week they charge more money.

This is the worst company I have ever seen and should be checked into.
