Applied Bank Credit Card Applied Bank Card Center keep getting ridiculous late fees cause they dont send my bill and the charge over limit fees. they are impossible to get ahold of. worst credit card company ever Wilmington, Delaware

This credit card company has been a pain in the a*s from day one. I have not used my credit card in almost 2 years and they have made it so hard for me to pay it off.

First of all they charge a monthly maintenance fee of 10.95 to do absoluteley nothing. It might not seem likke much but that has push me over my credit limit a few times and then they charge me an over the limit fee which turns out to be as much as the minimum payment of 35 dollars.

This has happened on more than one occasion and it has made it hard for me who has struggled to keep in employment in this shaky economy to catch up with my credit card payment. Recently I was able to catch up finally and put a considerable size dent in my debt to this company and then I had to move out of town. On my last payment I notified the company of my new adress but unfortunately did not receive my bill. I checked on the companies website to make sure they had the right adress which they did.

I then continued to look up there phone  number to speak to a representitive about the matter. I tried three different numbers they have posted, 2 of which do not conect you to a human. The one that finaly got me in touch with a human put me on hold for twenty minutes and when I finaly reached the representitive I could not understand a word he said.

I am stuck with no bill but am positive will be charged a late fee and it costs money to pay over the internet. So I was fed up a long time ago with this company but this is it I have to do something about them because they are criminals.
