Do not respond or pay this company!  Do not fall into the trap they will try and snag you into telling you they will send you to a Judge or file court papers...... They cannot do that.  It is disconcerting that they have personal information on you but they cannot attach your credit cards or anything else.  Most of the debts they are calling on are over 10 years old.  They get paid to collect on these debts so will tell you anything to get you to pay.  Don't.  They cannot do what  they claim.  They lie lie and lie!!

One of the gals I spoke to (Michelle) asked me if my mom was on crack.... What kind of professional customer service person speaks like that to a customer?

This is a scam scam scam company.  Perhaps they are trying to collect on old old old debts.  But they cannot attach credit cards, send you to a Judge, file papers etc.....   Just won't happen.
