ARBY'S Sybra, Arby's Employee Ripoff and Customers in danger of food poisoning. Silverthorne, Colorado

I worked for Arby's in Silverthorne, CO for about 2 month. I was promised to get at least 38 hours a week, which I never got. I was send home early several times. My last Paycheck was supposed to have at least 55 hours on it which did not happen either. The staff was mostly okay except one manager who was racist and very unpolite. He always wanted to play god and he loved to control everyone to the point of stupidity. The food was prepared in dangerously conditions. I would not be surprised if someone becomes poisoned from them. The meat was cooked for 3 to four hours. Then put on the slicer. Not seldom have I seen somebody dropping the meat on the ground and then putting it back on the sandwich. Popcorn chicken was made in the fryer and then the time clock, which was used to make sure that it keeps fresh and okay to eat, was reset up to seven times. I have often seen children eating this chicken. Then the ground was so greasy that me and some new workers slipped and fell frequently.

I made $10 an hour and not seldom cleaned the whole god d**n restaurant by myself. Please somebody needs to control and check that store. I mean the general manager is okay, but when she's not there everything goes to hell. I cleaned the fryer ones, they recycled the d**n fat about 50 times and since I started I have never seen it replaced. The filter and the filter container were sunk in old fat, the container had a crust on there that was at least 8 month old. When I had time I cleaned it completely, but then all the co-workers looked at me like I am crazy when I cleaned it. Also I heard several conversations between an older guy at the register about n**i's and the sort. He was really into that and did not even stop talking about it when a customer was in the store. Really not a good environment to work at.
