As an employee of this company, many violations were noticed.

When managers fail to cook Roast beef that takes 3 hours to cook, customers are shorted 1/2 to an ounce of roast to keep things going without notification to customers. Customers that feel like they have been shorted of beef portions are handled in an manner that is not customer friendly. Larger 4 and 8 ounce portions are cut from 1 to 2 ounces.

Employees that have been cut on the job have not been given chance to fill out accident report, are not sent to the hospital to be properly treated and are told that if report is filed, they will be terminated if anyone finds out. Blood is not properly handled, machines that were part of accident are not properly handled.

Gloves are provided but policy is not properly inforced, employees don't use gloves to handle food items.
