Arcadia Financial ripoff I feel that I've been lied to embezzled from. Lombard Illinois

I was asked to cosign for a Kia Sedona van with my daughter, and financed it through Arcadia. After my daughter entered the service, I took over the payment responsibilities. When I contacted Arcadia to get the account transferred to my residence, I learned that the payments were two months behind. I payed a payment of $455.15 in may of 2004.

My rep. at Arcadia, a lady named Kristi, worked out a deal with me stating that the 06 and 07 payments would be ammended, my intrest rate would drop, and my payments would be lowered to $350.00 a month.I made a Payment over the phone using my checking acount for the amount of $350.00. This was to cover the August note.

When I got my bank statement, they had withdrawn $455.15. I have requested documentation several times to no avail. Kristi is never available to talk to me when I'm in contact with the company.Not with other customers mind you, but gone home or on vacation. They contacted me on 9/24/04, demanding $960.00 back payment. I'm being told that there never was an ammendment to my account and that the van will be reposessed. They have said that attempts were made several times to contact me, but their number is never on my caller ID, nor any messages left on my voicemail.

I feel that I've been lied to embezzled from. I am pretty sure a legal battle is soon to come.
