Arcadia Financial repossessed my deceased wife's car and Still want their money Tulsa Oklahoma

My husband re-financed with Arcadia one day, and they came that evening while he was at work, and re-po'd his car. The car was his wife's(now deceased).

When he called them and told them "Bring me back my car, or tell me where I can pick it up, and I'll pay!", they told him no. Said it was too late.

They have harrassed, harangued, tried to 'settle'. you name it. A lawyer told us, "If they sue you, and you on SS, come to me and I'll handle it from there. Don't, under any circumstances, give them one dime, because that is Admission of Debt."

They continue, via Calvary Portfolio Services, LLC(which purchased Arcadia's accounts, due to bankruptcy proceedings), to harrass, and push for money they will NEVER get!
