Three unit apartment. I requested to have power shut off--APS refused stating I was not authorized-not my ss number even though I owned them. After the bills maxed out APS cut the power for lack of payment. My credit is a mess now. APS--Arizona Public Service--Electricity service.

Meanwhile APS padded unit 2 bill to $850.24 when $60.00 a month was normal. I have letters trying to communicate with them--forget that.

APS refuse to allow me to have power to one unit at a time so I could rent it out and pay the other costs to reestablish power to the other 2 units.
APS said no way--Pay all three bills and all three deposits. APS cut it off at top of pole, also, I have to pay extra to have reconnected.

Units stand empty to date and because of their ruthless methods have been vandalized--including all our belongings being stolen. I will probabily wind up loosing the units. Thank you APS of Arizona for the strain and stress you placed on me. Unable to have tennants led to vandalization and the city on me for untidyness lead to my hospital stint.

It is unreal when APS thinks they are God and control ones life till death.

Arizona Public Service Abusers!

AUTHOR: Fed Up With Aps - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 29, 2009

Arizona Public Service needs deregulation! Please, I urge you to write your congressmen and the Corporation Commission. APS is a corporation of abusive, neglectful, indignant, disrespectful corporate bullies. Alll CEO's of APS should be fired and put in jail for their abuse of the public. Fee gouging, rip offs! APS is asking their employees to abuse the public, putting thier own employees in harms way. Shut off APS!

More information?

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

Could you provide more information?

I have a number of rental units and the utilities are always in the tenants name. The only time any utilities revert to my management company is when a unit is empty. I have never been held responsible for a tenant's back utilities bills.

More information from you might help to figure out what's going on.
