  • arizona public service 400 N 5th St phoenix, arizona United States

arizona public service APS over the last 2 years has required two separate unannounced 200$ deposits - which aren't really deposits because they have never been returned. They indicate you cant have a late payment in 12 months or you cant get your deposit back. Mind you, I have never had my electric shut off but they use unfair business practices by charging you 200$ in what they call a charge you 200 deposit as a punishment for being late on payments phoenix arizona

Your credit history was not good enough for them to trust you to have service without a Deposit. The only way to gain their trust is by YOU making YOUR payments on-time for a year.

If you want your deposit returned then just don't be late.  This isn't rocket science...or a RipOff.
