Arizona Public Service Abusive Business Practice, fee-gouging, Violations of Corporation Commissions Consumer Electrical Rights, Corporate Bullies, Monopolistic, Greedy Cave Creek Arizona

As a native of Arizona with family currently maintaining 6 different homes across the valley for nearly 90 years (all serviced by APS and all paid!), I am appauled at the behaviors recently exhibited by Arizona Public Service and their field representatives. I have been left feeling abused by the violent, demeaning, lack of good samaritan acts exhibited by APS. I believe APS is ignoring their duty to the residents of the state of Arizona, and in fact in violation of common laws 'duty to rescue'.

After having experienced abuse by an APS employee who was given an order to shut off utilities at my home (for a $20 oversighted billing) I am praying that someone will step in and actually take APS on, head on and sue the b*st*rds! With me standing right there beside them. I was left nearly 20 miles from nowhere in 100 degree heat after begging the APS employee to please just turn it back on for a minute so I could make a phone call (all phones were cut off with the power and I had no cell service that far out) to straighten it out with APS. He said no.

I then begged him to radio in a debit card, pleading that it was a mistake, I then offered cash, he would not take that to help either! In fact, after the third suggestion that he help me out, he told me "we don't f*cking do that mam." The man had no sympathy or emphathy that he would be leaving a women and child in the summer heat with absolutely no services of any kind. APS must have picked the biggest bully they could find to send out to do their nasty work, then on top of that incident over $20... fee gouged me for $116 (shut off, reconnection, and whatever else they drummed up in excessive charges) Sounds like an APS scam to me! *Note that doesn't include the damages to my equipment, loss of work, et...

Now, after all that and my call to APS customer service dept, to make a complaint regarding the man they sent out of which I told them, my God that man is abusive! With that kind of lack of regard for human life and safety...he's lucky he hasn't run into a really mad person who would blow his head off! If APS could even think to put their employees in harms way just imagine what they'll do to feed those CEO's. APS is a corporation of abusive, negligent, violaters of human right! APS is a threat to all citizens of Arizona. Arizona stand up and fight abuse by APS.

Call the Corporation Commission to state your complaint if you've had a similiar experience. Don't allow APS to misuse corporate power. If I remember correctly the initials APS stand for Arizona Public Service. Don't let those initials become Abusive Power Standards! Deregulation of this utility provider is a must. Write a letter to your congressmen...do the right thing bring APS down to their knees or they'll do it to you! You're not going to believe this but there is not a finish to my story.

APS is twisting the story now, after I filed a complaint with the Corporation Commission to make it sound as if they are the victim. They are actually lying and filed a counter claim of disorderly conduct against me, as if I'm a criminal. When in fact they are the criminals. I ask that anyone with a similiar experience contact me as soon as possible.
